Orders from countries outside the European Union (EU)

If you are outside the EU and goods are being shipped to an address outside the EU, we will deduct the tax (VAT) from your invoice. This will be done automatically and no further action is required by you. Any local customs duty charged when the goods arrive in your country will have to be paid by you.

Please note that all payments are processed manually. Immediately after placing your order you will receive an automated response showing that tax has been charged, however we will correct this and deduct the tax from the total price before we process your card payment. Carriage charges will also be amended. We will email you an invoice in PDF format before we charge your card.

Orders from VAT exempt organisation in the UK.

Before we can supply any goods to a UK based organisation that is exempt from paying VAT, we will need you to first of all supply us with a valid exemption certificate.

If you want to order online, then please enter VAT EXEMPT in the box provided for VAT numbers and then send us the certificate either as an email attachment, by fax to 0151 280 8028, or by post.
